The 2008–09 season was Stevenage Borough F.C.’s 15th season in the Conference National. Their sixth place finish in the 2007–08 season meant it was their fifteenth successive season of playing in the Conference National. It also marked the return of Graham Westley as manager who had previously managed the club for three years between 2003 and 2006.
