The 2006 Kansas State Wildcats football team represented Kansas State University in the 2006 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team’s head coach was Ron Prince. 2006 was the first year for Prince who came to K-State from Virginia as their offensive coordinator. Prince had no other head coaching experience prior to accepting the K-State job.The Wildcats played their home games in Bill Snyder Family Stadium. It was the first year with that name.
