The 2006 Rome Masters (also known as the Internazionali BNL d’Italia for sponsorship reasons) was a tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was the 63rd edition of the Rome Masters and was part of the ATP Masters Series of the 2006 ATP Tour and of the Tier I Series of the 2006 WTA Tour. It took place at the Foro Italico in Rome Italy from May 8 through May 22 2006.
