WABA NBL for season 2006-07 was the sixth season of MŽRKL. The study included twelve teams from five countries a champion for the first time in team history became CSKA Sofia. In this season participating clubs from Serbia Montenegro Bosnia and Herzegovina Croatia Slovenia and from Bulgaria.
