The 2005 Tennessee Volunteers (variously Tennessee UT or the Vols) represented the University of Tennessee in the 2005 season. Playing as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) Eastern Division the team was led by head coach Phillip Fulmer in his thirteenth full year and played their home games at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville Tennessee.
