The 2004 UEFA Women’s Cup Final was a two-legged final match played on the 8th May and 5 June 2004 between 1. FFC Frankfurt of Germany and Umeå IK of Sweden. It was the third time in a row that Umeå made an appearance in the final. Umeå won the final 8–0 on aggregate avenging their defeat to the same team two years earlier.
