The 2002 Players Championship was a golf tournament on the PGA Tour contested from March 21–24 at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach Florida. It was the 29th Players Championship. Unheralded New Zealander Craig Perks won the tournament for his only career PGA Tour win.
