The 2000–01 Iowa State Cyclones men’s basketball team represents Iowa State University in the 2000–01 college basketball season. The team was led by third-year head coach Larry Eustachy. In 1999–2000 the Cyclones finished 32–5 (14–2 in the Big 12 Conference). The captains were Paul Shirley Jamaal Tinsley and Kantrail Horton.
