The 1996 EA-Generali Open was a men’s tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts at the Tennis Stadium Kitzbühel in Kitzbühel in Austria and was part of the Championship Series of the 1996 ATP Tour. It was the 41st edition of the tournament and ran from July 22 through July 28 1996. Alberto Berasategui won the singles title.
