1995 Hajek (1971 UP1) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on October 26 1971 by Kohoutek L. at Bergedorf. It is named after the Bohemian astronomer Tadeáš Hájek. The spectral properties of this object identify it as an X-type asteroid.
