The 1986 Scottish League Cup Final was played on 26 October 1986 at Hampden Park in Glasgow and was the final of the 41st Scottish League Cup competition. The final was contested by Rangers and Celtic. Rangers won the match 2–1 thanks to goals from Davie Cooper and Ian Durrant.
