The 1986 Masters (Also known as the 1986 Nabisco Masters for sponsorship reasons) was held in Madison Square Garden New York City United States between 1 December and 5 December 1986. It was the year-end championship of the 1986 Nabisco Grand Prix tour. It was also the first edition where the round robin format which is now associated with the event was reintroduced. As a result the singles field was halved from 16 down to 8 competitors.
