The 1982 Austrian Grand Prix was a Formula One World Championship race held on 15 August 1982 at the Österreichring in Spielberg Styria Austria. The race was won by Lotus’ Elio de Angelis who held off Keke Rosberg’s Williams to win by just 0.050 seconds or less than half a car length.
