The 1971 NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer Championship was the thirteenth organized men’s college soccer tournament by the National Collegiate Athletic Association to determine the top college soccer team in the United States. The Howard Bison won their first national title by defeating the two-time defending champion Saint Louis Billikens in the championship game 3-2. Howard’s performance would later be vacated by the NCAA.
