The 1970 British Grand Prix was a Formula One race held at Brands Hatch on 18 July 1970. It was the seventh race of the 1970 Formula One season.Jack Brabham had a substantial lead in this race however his car ran out of fuel literally at the last bend and Jochen Rindt went on to win the race.
