The 1970-71 season was French football club Paris Saint-Germain’s 1st season of existence and their 1st season in the second-tier of French football the Division 2. Paris Saint-Germain was managed by Pierre Phelipon who replaced symbolic Stade Saint-Germain coach Roger Quenolle and became the club’s first ever coach. The club was chaired by Pierre-Étienne Guyot until Guy Créscent took over. Paris Saint-Germain was present in the 1970–71 Division 2 and the 1970–71 Coupe de France.
