The 1968 Buenos Aires tennis tournament was a combined men’s and women’s tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts in Buenos Aires in Argentina. It was the first open edition of the tournament and was held from 4 November through 11 November 1968. Roy Emerson and Ann Jones won the singles titles.
