The 1965 All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship Final was the second All-Ireland final and the culmination of the 1965 All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship an inter-county hurling tournament for players aged between 18 and 21 in Ireland. The match was contested by Wexford and Tipperary and it was refereed by Jimmy Duggan from Galway.
