The 1964 Oregon State Beavers football team represented Oregon State University in the 1964 NCAA college football season. The Beavers ended this season with eight wins and three losses in their first season in the Athletic Association of Western Universities after competing as an independent for five years. The team captains were Dick Ruhl and Booker Washington. The Beavers scored 149 points and allowed 124 points.
