The 1960 European Cup Final was the fifth final in the history of the European Cup and was contested between Real Madrid of Spain and Eintracht Frankfurt of Germany. It is widely regarded as one of the greatest football matches ever played. Madrid won 7–3 in front of a crowd of over 127000 people at Glasgow’s Hampden Park.
