19582 Blow (1999 NL4) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on July 13 1999 by J. Broughton at Reedy Creek.Graham L. Blow (b. 1954) is a well-known astronomer writer andaward-winning photographer. As director of the occultation section ofthe Royal Astronomical Society of New Zealand he has been a staunchpromoter and coordinator of minor-planet occultation observations for theAustralasian region since 1978.
