The 1937–38 Michigan Wolverines men’s basketball team represented the University of Michigan in intercollegiate basketball during the 1937–38 season. The team scored 740 points in 20 games for an average of 37.0 points per game – the second highest point total and scoring per game in school history. Despite prolific scoring for the era Michigan finished in a tie for fifth in the Big Ten Conference.
