19366 Sudingqiang (provisional designation: 1997 VZ7) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Beijing Schmidt CCD Asteroid Program at the Xinglong Station in the Yan Mountains of China on November 6 1997. It is named after Su Ding-qing a Chinese astronomer and optical engineer.
