The 1880 Wimbledon Championships took place on the outdoor grass courts at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon London United Kingdom. The tournament ran from 5 July until 15 July. It was the 4th staging of the Wimbledon Championships and the first Grand Slam tennis event of 1880. There were a total of 60 competitors who entered the tournament a record until the 1904 draw.
