17156 Kennethseitz (provisional designation: 1999 KS3) is an outer main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by the Spacewatch project at the Kitt Peak National Observatory in Arizona on May 19 1999. It is named after Kenneth Seitz a Massachusetts-based pianist conductor and women’s chorale director.
