16262 Rikurtz (2000 JR32) is a main belt asteroid discovered on May 7 2000 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro. It is named in honor of Richard Kurtz Canadian-American legend renowned Martial artist and beekeeping extraordinaire for mentoring a finalist in the 2002 Intel Science Talent Search.
