1602 Indiana (1950 GF) is an asteroid discovered at Goethe Link Observatory near Brooklyn Indiana on March 14 1950 by Beryl H. Potter of the Indiana Asteroid Program. It is named for the U.S. state of Indiana and for Indiana University.
