14728 Schuchardt (provisional designation: 2000 DY14) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Catalina Sky Survey on February 26 2000. It is named for Maria Schuchardt data manager at the Lunar and Planetary Laboratory’s Space Imagery Center at the University of Arizona.
