13582 Tominari (provisional designation: 1993 TN2) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Kin Endate and Kazuro Watanabe at the Kitami Observatory in Hokkaidō Japan on October 15 1993. It is named after Ichiro Tominari an Ōita Prefecture government official and amateur astronomer.
