13387 Irus (1998 YW6) is a Jupiter Trojan discovered on December 22 1998 at the Astronomical Observatory of Farra d’Isonzo in Farra d’Isonzo Gorizia Italy. The discovery is credited to the observatory. Irus was named for a character in The Odyssey the beggar Irus who was defeated by Odysseus on his return to Ithaca.
