1323 Tugela (1934 LD) is an outer main-belt asteroid discovered on May 19 1934 by C. Jackson at Johannesburg (UO).Observations performed at the Palmer Divide Observatory in Colorado Springs Colorado during 2007 produced a light curve with a period of 19.50 ± 0.02 hours and a brightness range of 0.25 ± 0.02 in magnitude.
