12935 Zhengzhemin (provisional designation: 1999 TV17) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Beijing Schmidt CCD Asteroid Program at the Xinglong Station in the Yan Mountains of China on October 2 1999. It is named for Cheng Chemin a Chinese physicist.
