12819 Susumutakahasi (provisional designation: 1996 JO) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Robert H. McNaught and Yasukazu Ikari in Moriyama Shiga Prefecture Japan on May 12 1996. It is named after Susumu Takahasi director of the Dynic Astronomical Observatory.
