(118378) 1999 HT11 also written as (118378) 1999 HT11 is a trans-Neptunian object (TNO) in a 4:7 orbital resonance with Neptune. It has a perihelion (closest approach to the Sun) at 38.858 AU and an aphelion (farthest approach from the Sun) at 49.231 AU. It is about 146 km in diameter. It was discovered on April 17 1999 at Kitt Peak National Observatory Arizona.
