11713 Stubbs (1998 HG51) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on April 25 1998 by LONEOS at the Anderson Mesa Station of the Lowell Observatory.It is named for Christopher Stubbs an American astrophysicist who built the first camera for the LONEOS project.
