117086 Lóczy (provisional designation: 2004 LZ23) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Krisztián Sárneczky and Gyula M. Szabó at the Piszkéstető Station in the Mátra mountains of Hungary on June 8 2004. It is named after Lajos Lóczy a Hungarian geologist of the 19th and 20th centuries.
