113950 Donbaldwin (provisional designation: 2002 TC315) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered through the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) at the Apache Point Observatory in Sunspot New Mexico on October 4 2002. It is named after Donald R. Baldwin a 20th- and 21st-century American astronomer educator and supporter of the SDSS.
