Đuveč (Turkish: güveç; Bulgarian: гювеч [ɟuˈvɛtʃ]; Macedonian: ѓувеч [ˈɟuvɛtʃ]; Serbian: ђувеч [ˈdʑuʋɛtʃ]) is a Turkish Bosnian Bulgarian Croatian Macedonian and Serbian oven-baked meat and vegetable stew similar to ratatouille.
