Chevapi (Bosnian: Ćevapi (pronounced [tɕɛv̞ǎːpi]) or ćevapčići (formal diminutive [tɕɛv̞ǎptʃitɕi])) is a grilled dish of minced meat a type of kebab found traditionally in the countries of southeastern Europe. They are considered a national dish in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
