Ömer Aslanoğlu (born May 23 1988 in Trabzon) is a Turkish swimmer who specialized in the breaststroke events. Aslanoglu qualified for the men’s 200 m breaststroke at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing by eclipsing a FINA B-standard entry time of 2:17.85 from the Speedo Turkish Open Senior Championships in Izmir. He challenged four other swimmers on the first heat including returning Olympian Sergio Ferreyra of Argentina.
