Émile Biayenda (1927 – March 22 1977) was the Archbishop of Brazzaville Congo from 1971 to 1977 and a Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He was born in Mpangala Vinza where he grew up. He was ordained a priest in 1958 consecrated a bishop in 1970 and elevated to cardinal in 1973.
