The Åland Social Democrats (Swedish: Ålands Socialdemokrater) is a social-democratic political party in the Åland Islands. In the 21 October 2007 parliamentary elections the party won only 11.5% of the popular vote and 3 out of 30 seats a loss of three.The current organisation was founded in 1971 although there has been worker’s associations in Åland since 1906.
