Starrcade ’85: The Gathering was the third annual Starrcade professional wrestling event produced by Jim Crockett Promotions under the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) banner. It took place on November 28 1985 from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro North Carolina and The Omni in Atlanta Georgia. However on 2014 WWE Network listed this and all Starrcade events as the pay-per-views.The main event was between Ric Flair and Dusty Rhodes for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
