Philip Sherard 2nd Earl of Harborough (1680 – 20 July 1750) was a British peer.He was appointed a Gentleman of the Privy Chamber to Queen Anne in 1705. In 1708 he was returned as Member of Parliament for Rutland holding the seat until 1710. In 1714 his appointment as Gentleman of the Privy Chamber was renewed by George I. He was appointed deputy lieutenant of Rutland in 1715.
