It is produced in Italy by Pallini S.p.A. a family-owned and operated beverage company based in Rome Italy. It is 26% alcohol by volume 52 proof. The limoncello was introduced in 1999 and is based of a 100-year-old Pallini family recipe. It is imported and distributed in the US by Castle Brands Inc (New York NY).
