Igor Borisovich Moskvin (Russian: Игорь Борисович Москвин; born 30 August 1929 in Bezhitsa Bryansk Oblast) is a former Soviet pair skater Soviet and Russian figure skating coach Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR Honored Coach of the USSR. He was the flag bearer for the Soviet Union at the 1964 Winter Olympics.
