Clearly Kombucha is a brand of kombucha brewed by Top Shelf Beverages Inc. in San Francisco California. In 2009 Alison Zarrow and Caleb Cargle began brewing kombucha at home. The team formed Top Shelf Beverages Inc. the following year and now distribute their Kombucha in more than 25 states.
